                                  How To Make Peanut Crunch

Materials :

• 1 cup of peanut
• 3 cup of brown sugar
• 2 tablespoons of vinegar
• 1 cup of water

Steps :

1. Place the sugar, water and vinegar into a large saucepan.
2. Add peanuts, increase the heat and allow to boil.
3. Remove from the heat when the nuts have cracked and the mixture appears golden brown.
4. Allow bubble to settle.
5. Spoon into small paper patty cases or pour the mixture into a flat greased pan and mark into bite-sized pieces
